Where's my order?

Note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.  

After your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Our warehouse ships out orders on a rolling basis, Monday-Friday. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they've been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. You can receive your order within 14 days . 

My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?

Don't fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

How safe is it to order online?

Absolutely 100% safe! We put time and effort into making sure our security system is 100% safe and secure. With our secure online checkout, all your information are safely secured. All data is encrypted safely processed through  Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay. No data is ever stored or seen by our team.

When are you not able to return my order ? 

If you accidentally placed an order with a wrong item/address, you will need to contact our Customer Service by emailing support@pawfurry.com in order to receive a resolution.

You’re not eligible for a return in the following situations:

 

  • The order is not corrected within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or neglect
  • The product is not in the same condition when you received it
  • The product received is the correct ordered item
