I really feel if paw furry were upfront with hoe long it will take Instead of stating that it takes 5-7 days then it would give it customers a realistic view when ordering.
Whilst my sister in law was made up with the personalised item it would have been great to give it to her at Christmas instead of end of January.

End product is nice and looks comfortable but taking two months to arrive was nothing but annoying. Ordering in November for a Christmas present and every one of the nine emails being ignored until the beginning of January was not in the slightest how good customer service should be. When I received a email saying “we’re sorry we had no staff” is not helpful at all. I will not be purchasing from you again and I do not think that the end garment warrants the price and timeframe at all! I will not be recommending this company or its products!

The product was very delayed and arrived 6 weeks after ordering. I chased it and eventually had some response but no confirmation of when it would arrive. If you stated the true length of time it would be better - product arrived eventually and my brother very happy with the product, the quality is good and the pictures are very clear.

So the item itself is lovely but the trouble I have had with this company is something else and I would never buy from here again, I brought in the middle of November as a Christmas gift and to ensure it arrived I paid express shipping, this still hasn’t arrived to this day and we are now January the 17th. I was assured I would get my money back for the express shipping and again still haven’t received anything and when you try to contact the company you get little or no acknowledgment and I messaged over emails and their Facebook page. I paid for 2 photos to be added to my order yet only got one and again as you pay extra for a second picture I would expect my money back and again nothing, no response to many emails. Shocking service and I would imagine there are many other company’s that offer the same product with much better customer service.

4* After nearly 6 weeks late, I can't say I was not disappointed as it was for my daughter for Christmas and it didn't arrive until mid Jan, when I ordered on 1st Dec...very frustrating. But great and the picture quality is brilliant, the size is VERY LARGE. My bf is 6ft 4 rugby player and he found it big lol.
My daughter is 5ft 4 and its like a blanket coat which she doesn't mind. The only thing also is they didn't line the pockets with fur which would have been a nice touch as its thin material on top layer.

Hoodie as come today. I am very pleased with the product and so is my wife. Who I bought it for. The picture as come out perfectly and the material is good quality. Which I am very pleased about as I had seen some of the reviews about this company on trust pilot, and thought I’d made a big mistake placing this order. But to be fair we are very happy with the product. However also be aware I did order the Hoodie on the 4th December 2022 and it did not arrive till the 16th January 2023. However I would definitely buy from this company again as it is a quality product.

The product itself is excellent. The photos are crisply rendered and the material of the blanket soft and stitching good. Unfortunately the order was placed on the 9/12/2022 and didn't arrive until the 9/01/2023, since it was purchased as a gift this was somewhat of a disappointment.

I admit I was highly disappointed when this item didn't arrive in the specified time. But it has arrived and my daughter loves it. I am aware of the postal strikes but thought this would get sent via a courier? and not the royal mail which are the ones that have been on strike.
